What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have different shipping methods region wise.

If your delivery address lies on Mechi and Koshi Zone, then we provide Free Home Delivery / Free Pickup Point Delivery. (Normally 2 to 4 days), We provide free door to door delivery in whole of Jhapa district, Morang district and Sunsari district. For other district in Mechi Zone, we have our pickup point on Illam, Fikkal, Phidim and Taplejung. You can collect your packet from these pickup points. For other places we send products through Bus, Taxi or Courier.

We also have express delivery facilities for this region. We charge Rs. 100/- Extra for Express Delivery.

For other zone we send your product via Courier, Bus, etc. We charge Rs. 200/- for delivery outside Mechi and Koshi zone.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we are not shipping goods internationally. Our delivery is limited to Nepal Only.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For Mechi and Koshi Zone:
If opted for Free Delivery: Normally 2-4 days
If opted for Express Delivery : Normally upto 1- 2 days

For other than Mechi and Koshi Zone:
It depends upon your location and time taken by courier companies or Transportation Vehicle.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari:
We are accepting cash-on-delivery, Esewa, FonePay, ConnectIPS, Bank Transfer.

For Illam, Fikkal, Phidim, Taplejung:
We are accepting cash-on-delivery, Esewa, FonePay, ConnectIPS, Bank Transfer.

For Other Region:
We send goods upon prior payment via Esewa, FonePay, Khalti, ConnectIPS, Bank Transfer, IME.

Do i get refund for my cancelled order?

Yes. If you have made a prepayment via Esewa, FonePay, ConnectIPS, Bank Transfer and your order got cancelled before dispatch of goods to your location, then your will get refund of your prepayment.

How do I place an Order?

You can place your order via website, mobile application, facebook shop, phone call, etc.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order or change your order before it got dispatched to your location. You can call our customer support number 980-145-9595 to cancel or change your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We recommend you to create your account before your place an order. If you don't have account than also you can place an order and check out as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order after signin to your account in website or mobile app. If you have checked out as a guest then you can track your order via website "Track Your Order" tab.
